Really awesome work, this guy is a real character, and your presentation is really nice and consistent. Fun stuff, this is all going straight into my inspiration folder!
Good luck in the judging, I suspect you will be looking at some prizes before long

Thanks, I used scanline rendering + 3 point lighting. Also there was some scene ambient. I just kept tweaking it over and over to get a result I liked
fei-rukawa;
Wow! Never had anyone say they used my work for a wallpaper before. Thanks man!
Once again I just wanted to thank everyone for all the replies and encouragement over the last few weeks. I thought on the whole Polycount really circled the wagons this year with everyone supplying crits and feedback. I was really impressed by the work people were churning out for our team in this DW. I think we're going to have a really strong lineup and did this forum proud.
Also I just gotta say thanks to my wife Jen who was my number 1 fan through the whole comp and gave me constant support, without her I couldn't have completed this model.
Now I can finally enjoy my nights and weekends again, I won't even know what to do with myself, hehe
[edit]
Last but not least I gotta thank nrek for sending me a PM that I needed to add race/class text to all my images (might have got DQ'ed cause of that technicality). I just barely got the updated images in on time

Who are you? I mean, this sounds like you're thanking everyone for there support but on the wrong thread. I'm sorry if I mis read a post here and this is fine to be here but if not I think you posted on the wrong thread. The guy who made the submission was Jeremy.
Awesome entry Jeremy...I mean F. Rendering (if that IS your real name!)
Hehe, stupid me. I thot that he posted originally with a user name called "Jeremy Gritton" but its always been foreverrendering. xD I thot some guy called foreverrenering posted in the wrong thread. Lol.
This has winner screaming from every angle of it! I thought your HP sculpt was amazing until I saw the texture work which I thought was crazy until I saw that beauty shot. It just kept getting better and better each update.
Been looking around a bit on the other forums and for me this has got to be in the race for nr1. Superb work all around and amazing presentation.
Good luck!

Dude! I love your entry on cgtalk.ru.... It's so awesome (and sexy ). Great stuff. I wanted to register on cgtalk.ru just to comment on some of the pieces there, but I couldn't figure it out.
Well, I'm only posting cause I have a small update. I've finally rendered out a turntable of this guy. I thought it was pretty cool to finally see him in moving video so figured I'd post it up.
As I have said numerous times before, great job man. It is awesome to see it in motion and see that he still looks great from every angle. I look forward to seeing your name on the top of the Dom war results lol.

ya, that turntable convinces me that you deserved your high placing. Before I was a little iffy, but that turnaround really shows off the crazy quality you brought out.
