nice shots prophecies. I love snapping animal pics. here are a couple taken from my trip to taiwan on my girlfriends Canon G12. Ill post some other shots I took with my d5100 when I am done sifting through the 42gb I took haha.
Yeah, I was testing a 85mm prime lenses, and this old lady was walking by and I tried to get a snap of it. Wasn't perfect as she should have been a little bit to the right to be right (rule of thirds); but still came out alright, good for a laugh, ahah.
The last photo Im posting from my trip trough North America:
very nice wide shot! where did you standing?
btw the blurry area seems off a bit.
(its me who standing on the middle of the street). finally I visited Kabukicho area, that used as environment art reference from game "ryu ga gotoku"
or here in north america it called "yakuza"
Sega's Amusement Vision really made almost the game, that look like carbon copy of this area.
:O A color street photography! Not shot recently but found/edited a few hours ago.
Does anyone else here go from calm and happy mood to rage and pissed in no time when other people interfere your photography? Like prod you when you're about to shoot or do a "victory" sign right infront of the camera because they think it's fun or something.
I dunno why but it only seems to apply to photography for me. I'm very patient and tolerant otherwise.

Yea it can get annoying, but you can also use such occurrences to your advantage. Whenever people come up to me while I am in the process of photographing and want to talk (typically my old cameras attract a lot of attention) I usually use that as an opportunity to take their portrait. And things like people making Victory signs to the camera can also be used as an element in a photograph. I guess ultimately it depends on what exactly you want to photograph. Sometimes people being jerks end up making what would otherwise be a boring photograph interesting.

Paul, the first thing that comes to mind when I see that photo is the Dark Carnival campaign in L4D2. Must have been a foggy night, as the lights have a major bloom effect.
Not really great photo, but this is where I was for new year eve. About 2500 meters high and 2 of the batteries for my camera were dead probably because of the cold weather.. so i had to take this one with my phone :)still not too bad
