she doesn't seem so thrilled to be in such an action-packed pose, but your lighting and overall paintings skills have progressed admirably. so it's far from a total failure you seem to be a busy boy these days--KEEP POSTING!
Makkon: I love the girl with the one sleeve. I have recently picked up FFX again trying to right some wrongs, but that reminded me of a way more kick ass version of a girl Auron. at leas the collar and one sleeve thing,
the girl with the maple leaf pants on is great as well, tho lackin something. that extra "umph" that makes her arm not seem like its just floating there.
hehe I really dont have any room to give you crits but thats just what i noticed.
Hey guys, thought I might contribute some stuff... here's a sketch/doodle I did in MS paint... I used the mid-sized paint brush and the pencil tool and shaded with scribbles.
Yes, he doesn't have a shadow:
One of my GD instructors had us do a zine, so I did it of MS paint doodles (including that one)... click the ork face:
I like it... I've been limiting myself to black on white... I was going to do a white on black study soon... maybe I'll branch out and experiment with 50% gray after that.
hiya Revliss, hope you don't take this as being patronising. The faces on your women are nice but the legs are constantly strange. I think you need to tackle you weight distribution a little better, and not bend the knees in so much.
Think of legs as tubes with a uniform width all the way down, then draw in where you think the pivots for the bones are, then you can tackle such things as muscle tone and so on.
as always, a picture speaks more than words;
I'm no authority on this, and my paint over might be slightly wrong in places, but I hope I've covered the main points.
I think what you need to try and do is make sure the knee is further foreward than the ankle. At the moment his right hand leg is buckling backwards, while his left hand leg has a wrongly placed knee, which is again buckling.
legs in general are slightly tapered outwards, like this ( ). think of a cowboy who has been riding all day, bandy legs are the extreme but this kind of shape is what you need to slightly apply to the legs.
in most of your drawings the inverse is true ) ( and looks a bit strange.
rev your stuff looks cool, but try to draw something a bit different from time to time, as to not get wstuck in the same place.
Ive noticed that most of your drawings are girls and guys about the same age in the same pose with the same kind of suit on, dont get me wrong they looks really cool! But put them in a different pose, in an environment or in different clothes etc.
Bought a scanner last night and revived a really old sketch. Yeah yeah the pose is impossible, I know. This is also the first painting I sat down with and really focused on in a while. Yay me.
yes, using one of my now numerous custom brushes. that one's just a vertical line of 5 dots with pen tilt enabled... it's just like the one you see all the cool kids using over at CA.org, i'm hardly original on that point

Thats the only image I've seen so far... noticed it in a magazine that came today, so just did a quick google search for "Golden Axe 360" and thats what turned up. Sorry, you'll have to wait for more goodness.
Woah loads of nice colors in these pages! Ferg, Spacey, Snowfly, show more!
Here is something I just did for my sister's birthday to be celebrated this weekend. It all started from an old coloring job I previously printed out for her - that one - and someone told her that the girl in the picture was looking like her. So I took the same character again and turned it into an actual portrait this time
I am giving canvas print a try for that one. Hopefully it will be ready by friday. Fingers crossed...

Revliss: I like the chick, interesting armor. But her legs look like they've been broken at the knees.
I've got some new stuff.
A character was supposed to be in this, but it made it boring so I scraped it. I kept the background, it looks nice I guess.
Overlay variant
I don't like the way this one turned out.
