Yeah Yeah Yeah, starting this off a little early. I just couldn't wait. 
I went home to Texas for Thanksgiving holiday and while there I attended the Dallas sketchgroup.
The_Brid and I signed and exchanged sketches with the intent to both post each others work. He even gave me one of his prized Tuscan Red pencils!
Here is The_Birds kick ass phoenix-monster-thing-a-mabob:
He'll post mine once he gets it scanned in. In the meantime be sure to post the sketching you do over the holidays!

Love your style Bobo sorta whimsical . That sentar type character reminds of something Kenneth scott sketched . Ohh and nice glove Joe looks good .

I use the pencil tool at 100% opacity.

not drawing a lot so i´m a bit surprised about the outcome
Oh and pardon the hell out of the fact that I have to use a camera. My scanner's been dead since i've moved and I haven't had the cash for a new one.

hats off to Snowfly, that's a nice little sketch pencil setting. i used that with a little overlayed shading for this piece.

I've had an idea for a giant spider tank for so long, but the right concept stilleludes me. Thought this one was a neat start though.
dfacto: it's a cool sketch, keep at it. sometimes the best designs are the hardest fought.
