Hi Guys,
I'm working on a Jedi-Witcher Mashup for my Portfolio.
This Lightsaber from the Rancor School of Witchers is the first part that is ready...an i just lost all my Textures for this peace due to my USB Stick carcing it. F**in great.
Anyways, some details:
Modo, Zbrush, Substance Painter
4k Textures and 14773 Polys
Here's a little preview of a column based on some gundam pieces I like. I've got some more pieces to follow. This one is all ZBrush, rendered in KeyShot.
Cool stuff! Some crits - scrolling water ripples, make the stream of water shorter and in general less wavy, more variation in the waviness and add some almost all straight ones.
Been working on this for the month of June :P
Now I wonder if adding more details to it or turning it into lowpoly mesh is more important at this stage. So far this is the most detailed piece I have worked on. // Not highest subdiv lv, or my PC might explode.
Hey Guys! This is my first post on polycount so I just wanted to say hi to everyone and add how much inspirational work I can find in here Here is my recent fanart - it's realtime model of Cadian Field Officer based on the artwork (Warhammer40k) made by Karl Kopinski. It is rendered in Marmoset Toolbag 2.
Hi all, first time posting here!
I'm a third-year game art student at Media Design School (Bachelor's of Creative technologies)
I'm aiming to get into environment art for games.
This is an atmospheric brutalism project I'm working on in class for my end-of-course architecture assignment. Really need to spend a bit more time on this over the coming weeks, its been put on a bit of a backburner because of a group project I'm working on.
Any comments, improvements, or other areas you think I could work on would be great, I'm hoping to get into environment art within the games industry at the end of the year, and could do with some constructive criticism
