A composite portrait of motorcyclists. I tried to convey their overly aggressive, sanctimonious and overall hypocritical attitude. I think I'll take this one to the sculpting stage.
@Atomander Thanks! There isn't really a tremendous amount of material work in it. This was primarily a World Machine exercise. Next time I'll plan on doing more with the actual materials.
Still working on my first digital sculpture, which is also an anatomy study. The teeth have proven to be quite the obstacle, but I like to think they're starting to shape up. Still lots of work to do.
Raph getting some love (also return of the internet after far too long) soon to be joined by his brothers. Some touch ups to paint, material and lighting to do. Then he goes poster mode in photshop
Working on a similar thing as last week.Modeled a basemesh before sculptiing. Trying to get the overall shape right at the moment.I don't know what to do with the hair yet, will have to experiment...
I'm working on some concrete in Unity 5 and wanted to get some feedback - I'm trying to get a PBR setup and am currently using the standard shader with normals and spec, with the roughness map inverted(to make it a smooth/gloss map) put into the alpha channel of the spec map. Current screenshots below:
Hello guys. This is my last work, a realtime character for Comicon Challange 2015. I did a mix between Harley Quinn and Lex Luthor. Poly count is 27,600 triangles. Textures in Quixel, DDO and rendered in Marmoset Toolbag 2.
The Centaur has been by produced by Desmoda of Ownage and is available to order CGmodeling.com/Shop
Ownage did an amazing job. They exceeded any expectations I could have possible had, and even assemble to the Centaur Kit prior to shipping. All that needs to be put together are the horns and weapon. Below are images of the final production piece, and will have further updates soon!
I haven't posted in a really long time, though I have been lurking about. I think now would be the time to post something though.
I'm currently running an Indiegogo campaign for my game And So It Was, which I've been making by myself for around 4 years now, to hopefully cover the last few months of development.
Here are a couple of animated gifs of the game. There is also a public alpha demo available, so be sure to stop by if you like what you see
@michael milano
Holy crap dude, that pose is nuts. How are you able to keep it stable? I assume there's a metal rod in his leg to prevent it from breaking, but even with that it's an intense balancing act.

Time to model them in 3D

Here's a pic of the diffuse texture if you're still curious. (Note: The actual size of the diffuse texture applied in the screenshots is a 2048x2048.) https://cdn.artstation.com/p/assets/images/images/000/938/528/large/aaron-fowler-aaron-fowler-bitmap.jpg?1436539681

Some cloth funkery re positioned the staff and changed the tail. Need to re pose the staff hand to match the new position.
ALSO....I was thinking about adding some sort of magic?
thanks again guys.
more soon.
Been wrestling with the Modo renderer to get rid of the noise and making render times faster. Also getting the materials better and simpler.
Tried my hand at a comic cover of All-New Wolverine #1.

Been working on a stylized minecart. Still yet to do a roughness pass, and possibly a detail paintover - if that gets it anywhere.
