Just finished up summon for Dota 2; Ahm'Hedoq the Maw.
This was a long time in the making due to the Workshop importer being buggy and animation compiling problems but he's finally alive

A little bit more bounce on his top jaw would be nice during the anim cycle, also i think someone already said it but the tongue's anim looks like its a few frames faster than it really wants to be to get the gravity feeling just right on the bounce. looks great good luck!
*small edits to the helmet design, namely removing light on back and putting emblem badge in its' place, reduced number of LED eyelets to 3 from 5 in V formation, removed notches on forehead plate, changed nose nub to more round gentle curved transition.

I think this is a good start but you need more variation in the wings. Right now your secondaries are all the same length and it looks weird. Also your primary coverts are really tiny. I would make them larger on the texture space.

Late on the bandwagon, here's a goblin bust. Used Badking's teeth to save some time.
Making a small game with a friend, it is basically a FZero clone.
These have been converted into sprites, really basic stuff since I rarely dabble in 3D.
