I have been doing some Quick Sculpt this year and some of Quick Sculpts published on My Facebook page. I have been posting these on my Facebook page. hope you enjoy and like.
Here we have all these in one sheet. (Each was done under 2 hour)
A knife I made for my scene, unfortunately, this is probably the best look anyone is going to get at it.
I posted the wrong image, this one was my practice for creating a prop material in substance designer. I only made the material. I shouldn't post when I'm super tired.
I like it, but I think you should take off the 3 capsule shaped indents on the blade, they don't seem to serve any real purpose and if anything I could only imagine it would kinda ruin the structural integrity of the knife. It's not quite on the greeble level but it seems rather pointless. It looks like the knife is at a level that is acceptable but if you pushed yourself just a bit harder and gave it a bit more polish you could make it really nice.
Agreeing with snoop. Not to mention they are really cliche in sci-fi stuff. Apart from that it's a good looking asset with cool shapes all around. 👍
Absolutely great stuff here guys. Loved the oldschool scifi environment!
Here is a golem/orc i spend my last few days with. For more shots: here or wires, hp sculpts at my BLOGGER
Inspired by a model on polycount which i cant seem to find again /:
Did some more work with the faces, and started blocking out the bodies, still going to be messing with the proportions a bit. So I'll stay low res for some time
Hey everybody! After a year of lurking, I feel like I finally have something that's post worthy. Here's an environment I've been working for the past couple of months in my final year of college. The goal for this one was to get more comfortable in Zbrush and speed up my workflow. There's a lot I'd like to go back and change, but at this point I feel like it would be better to move onto something new. Always open to critiques and feedback.
Thanks for all the inspiring and beautiful work, everyone!
I started a Kelthuzad... then saw the new WoW cinematic, so was getting orc vibes (hence those orc sketches), worked into one of them during my lunch and ended up with this... I now want to do a full orc character They're to cool
WIP Sci-Fi wall piece that im continuing to work on..had t ostop working on stuff for a couple of weeks as had a lot of social obligations but im back on it. I need to rebake the normals since i didn't do an exploded bake, just trying to block out some colors and work on material definition.

You're 4th, or 5th artist (I lost count) that got "orc vibes" from that cinematic...I wonder why.

Really good sculpt man! I was wondering if you could share the place where you've rendered that and how you went about the shader. It seems really nice for WIP work and could work as well as a base.
In any case, really really good work and looking foreword to seeing the full character

It was sculpted and polypainted in Zbrush, rendered in Keyshot. The shader on the skin is the translucent shader using my polypaint colours as the diffuse, I also disabled any additional material textures that keyshot loads. I said I 'might' do a full orc :P hehe might do one of the warlords of draenor that wasn't in the cinematic, like Kargath or Black hand... we'll see

Here is an environment ive been working on my free time, hope you like it
Everything has been built mainly by using material layers with the exception of a few assets that need specific albedo maps.
Soon done with this, drop me a line if you like!

Fucking amazing. Tatsuyuki Tanaka is one of my favorite artists.

Nice job with this concept. Your texture work is real nice!
