Hey everyone this is my first post and i am very impressed with this forum. I wanted to share my 2014 project. I am clearly not as skilled as many of you but i hope to get feedback, suggestions and tips.
My project is an ambitious one. Without getting into too much detail ill say this. Its a massive super city designed for a twenty second century ruined earth. These illustrations are only concepts and design details. This year I plan to retopologize and arrange these assets. I do have a website showcasing more at http://www.prototypecity.net
Sorry, I won't start spamming this thread, but I made a more moody version (swapped out the HDRs, etc.), and I modified a couple of things that were bugging me. I think I like this one a bit more.
Looking great swizzle. Also fightpunch those are awesome.

Again still just shader/render testing while I do actual work. Hair is the worst, but first try I know what I need to do there for now (layers, shader, lighting, modeling).
Awesome work! Can't wait to see it finished. I really love the grease stains on the stock. Your material but also the choice of weapon is great! Keltec is it? I want to do a Keltex in the future as well. But you've delivered so well, it will be hard to even come close to this piece, let alone top it.
I have done another smaller prop. Its a copper box to store incense sticks. Its based on reallife reference. I bought the original at a christmas fair a few weeks ago.
I will start a thread for those smaller props soon.

Finished with this, it was about 3 hours work but I learned a lot of Zbrush tools, how to mirror / clone / mask. Had a lot of fun with it.
edit: Also curious if you do the character concepts for some of the later character designs and redesigns? Cus the later stuff looks great.
