That sounds more like an accident, based on the reports I heard, a fire broke out and got too close to a giant tank of ammonia, they started to evacuate the surrounding area when it exploded. Maybe the fire was set with that intention but it seems like they would have left too much up to chance.
The problem with those pics of the two guys... yes, one of them has a white hat. But, the description of the guy they are looking for was the guy was wearing a white cap backwards, which, sure, he could have spun it around, for no good reason other than to show his face better for all the cameras? But, they also said the guy is wearing a black jacket and grey hoody. niether of those guys are wearing a grey hoody. With jackets that tight, you`d be able to see the buldge from a hoody.
fertilizer plant explosion was crazy here... know ppl close to the area and they described it as ww3 beginning. sure a few ppl thought it was north korea. hopefully the death count stays low. doesn't help its stormy/super windy in texas today.

I think the discussion of the explosion in Texas is kind of off-topic for this thread considering any connection between the two events is really just a far fetched conspiracy theory at this point. Maybe there should be a new thread to discuss that.
