Getting really bogged down in complacency in regards to work. I'm constantly getting distracted, and while being fully aware of this, I'm lacking the discipline to slap myself away from getting into something that may distract me.
"I'll just check my email real quick" for example.
This hasn't really happened much all year, and I'm gonna put this down to it being the end of the year almost and the wear of work from this year is taking its toll. But I'm unsure how to get out of this funk.
meat, eggs, milk, pasta, fruits, veggies, brown rice and dry fruits, and exercise. youll gain mass in no time.
I can't really eat too much food, or I gotta run to the bathroom I didn't realize it back then when I was young, (like, since 10yrs old or something), but those symptoms have kinda been there. I noticed it the last few years because they become more obvious.

you could try shakes, creatin, vitamin B, whey protein, etc. those give you mass and you dont eat as much. see a doctor first before taking those though
I would definitely second seeing a doctor. Being underweight can be just as dangerous as being overweight.

Anything to do with digestion is extremely important to be in depth as possible with your doctor.
I have lost many friends and family the past two years and every issue was exposed from weight and or bathroom visits first.
Including my own health issues in the past few years. Including crippling mental issues.
Never saw always. My older brother was skinny and could eat whatever he wanted until he hit 40 ... then his body said, "That's enough of that then".
I'm somewhat afraid of this as I've been fully taking advantage of the fact that I can eat as much shit as I want and not gain any weight. To be honest, I don't know if I'll make it to 40 at this rate lol.
This shit is happening globally and it's just a matter of decades before the rich are the only people on the planet who can eat properly, boils my piss and people just don't give a fuck.
Pay day is coming for the west, just a matter of time. Mark my words on that !!!
Went to art school and made connections with other artists in Michigan.
Years after graduation none of my friends from school make art anymore.
Having no art friends can be such a drag, especially when non-art friends don't understand how much time/effort/focus needs to go into improving your skills. #noartfriendslol
I got GTA5, played 4 hours, went to bed and woke up in the morning, booting up my computer to check my mails, and apparently my 3 month old GTX 970 had decided to die overnight. No picture at all, nothing, zit, nada. My onboard and old graphic card is working, but my new graphic card decided to give up, just before a weekend of GTA5, just to spite me. A real unhappy panda today.

Hope you're doig okay man Any warranty available you can use?
Thanks, Yeah, since it's 3 month old only, I'm hoping I can get it fixed/replaced by ASUS without too much problem, sent an RMA mail today but who knows how long that will take. Was looking forward to a nice weekend with GTA5, but ah well... At least I think I can still play Pillars of Eternity, my onboard should be able to handle that. Don't really know how strong it is, never used it before, might try my old graphic card, however it's my previous-previous card, so pretty crap.
THERE IS LIFE!!! A friend came around when he heard about it, replaced some cables connecting to the card (apparently they didn't work at giving power to the graphic card, maybe loose connection) and now its running around! DAMN, Im happy again.
I'm sorry but I laughed out loud on that one. I know the feeling, had to spend a few hours backing up stuff to an external while uninstalling games and programs just so I could play GTAV on my computer. (65 gb of data, oh my lord)
I've had half term holidays for two weeks. Today is the last day before I return.
I've dragged myself through 6 maths papers which I'm not arsed about. Now it's the last day and I've realised I've wasted all my time.
I wanted to have a holiday, going out with mates, having fun, meeting people and such. Instead I'm tired and I've still got no productive work done. I've got 3 other subjects that I'm actually planning on continuing and I've done no work for them. I feel tired and dried up.
Not only have I been unproductive, I've been completely isolated from everyone. My closest friends are boring shut ins and I haven't hung out with anyone else in years. Instead of going out I've been wallowing in nostalgia for games I used to like and found that it wasn't as good as I remembered. I don't know if it's changed or I have, but it's not the same.
Some days I wonder why I even bother.
I've been putting on weight, I'm easily anxious and my mother is a delusional hypocrite.
It's Monday... what can be worse than Monday blues to make you feel so, so low and like crap? On top of it all, I've watched all the first four episodes of Game of Thrones and have nothing to watch till the fifth episode comes out. Aarrrgghhh!
Finished binge-watching BoJack Horseman.
I just wanted to laugh today, but towards the end, i felt like crap.
Didn't expected a cartoon like this would make me feel this way, which is a good thing. Hits me so freaking hard.
Go watched it if you haven't. Pretty short and definitely worth of your time.
Apply to a job saturday night, still no answer back. I don't know if i'm just being paranoiac and it's normal that it takes more then 2 days or because I'm crap.

Dude...it normally takes ages for companies to get back to candidates, if at all, as they tend to have tons of applicants and have to go through them one by one. You're not crap, your work is pretty sweet and this can just be a lengthy process, so I wouldn't sweat it
the only time I get a a reply from a company in two days is if it's to tell me to fuck off:)
naah not really they just ignore me, but actuallly the only time I ever got annoyed with a company is when I applied a job, got a reply 3 months later telling me I was basically crap.
I told them I that I only applied to their company because the artwork standard was so low so I thought I would have more chance( this was back in about 2000 or 2001)
Odow - don't sweat it , your work is good, just keep applying and constantly mviong forward

Oh man....its so annoying when people offer you unwarranted 'advice', when you haven't even asked for it. Reminds me of another client I spoke with ages ago, after offering them a rate (way lower than the average, imo) they said "Well, you're out of our budget.... so either you have to find a way to speed up, or you have to charge less." Wow. Thanks! I thought "Or...you could just pay more"
