Love this! You've been putting a lot of work into this and it shows.
The biggest thing that jumps out to me is that everything is equal in contrast and saturation, which makes it a bit "busy". This causes a bit of visual fatigue because the player doesn't have a clearly-defined thing to focus on, and the eye doesn't have room to rest.
I keep coming back to this excellent article from one of the art directors over at Riot Games. It neatly explains how their visual hierarchy works, and why.

LoL has a darker style here than you're going for, but the overall color palette makes it very soothing and pleasing to look at. Might help!

Hey everyone!
This is my first time posting here, and I am very excited to finally share a personal solo project I have been developing in my free time over the past couple of years, alongside my full-time work as a 2D artist. What started as a small experiment gradually grew into a playable prototype.

@Lemenus Without seeing the results of each model or workflow it's difficult to provide specific feedback but in general:
The subdivision block out should progress in stages. Keeping things fairly simple at the start makes it easier to edit the primary forms. Once those larger shapes are established it's fine to lock them in by applying one or two subdivision levels so there's enough geometry to support the smaller secondary details.

There's a few different ways to approach modeling those smaller details but it can be helpful to use a non-destructive boolean operation to figure out how much mesh density is required in each so everything more or less lines up between the shapes.
As shown in the example below, the base mesh accurately represents the larger forms and subdivides cleanly but doesn't have enough geometry to support those diagonal edges on the intersecting shape. While it might be possible to cleanly join the shell holder after applying a single level of subdivision it's probably much easier to just work off the second subdivision level and dissolve any extraneous loops to simplify things after the shapes are joined.
Once there's enough geometry to support the shape intersection and the segments in both the underlying and intersecting geometry more or less line up, it's a fairly straightforward process to merge everything down and route the loop flow around the intersecting shape.
While it's nice to have a base mesh that resolves to all quads, for most game art workflows, as long as they don't cause any unwanted surface deformation or smoothing artifacts, sometimes it's just easier or quicker to leave a few of those triangles or n-gons in the base mesh. They'll all be resolved to quads anyway once the final subdivision modifier is added to the stack.
It's worth mentioning that this second iteration of the base mesh could be cleaned up and simplified further. If all quads is a requirement then it just comes down to dissolving some loops and re-connecting others to direct the loop flow until everything lines up. Also: the space between the inner and outer support loops around the shapes is often a great place to reduce perpendicular loops by terminating them with a diamond quad.
Another option is to simply combine subdivision modeling and boolean re-meshing workflows. Block out the larger curved forms with subdivision then use non-destructive boolean operations to create the cut outs then add re-meshing and corrective smoothing modifiers to the stack to generate the final high poly.
This combination of approaches avoids complex modifier setups and all the loop routing work but the final high poly mesh is much denser and the overall editability depends entirely on how the rest of the workflow was setup.

I agree with Neox, and I would recommend to not directly assume something is done in a certain way unless you verify it yourself or take it from verified sources. I don't know how this result would be achieved in Nuke, as I am unfamiliar with the requirements/capabilities of that software; but I know of a couple videos that go over the ripped 3D models of Marvel Rivals. Take their information with a grain of salt though, as they seem a bit novice.
In the videos I've linked at the bottoms you get to see the geometry they're likely using for that rim highlight, and my guess is something alongside inverted normal + a custom shader setup to make it work nicely with the PBR textures. On that note, even if you had access to the shader, you wouldn't be able to use an unreal engine shader with maya/nuke. You'd still need to make your own, and with looking at references you'll find out what you need for it to work (sub-surface scattering and fine black outline, managing the value transitions but not necessarily a toon or cel-shaded, anisotropy for the hair, etc). Your textures also needs to support the style, as a lot of the finer sketchy lines are part of the textures, and not shader - and from looking at the second video, you can see how some of the textures look like, though I'm not sure how accurately the author has labelled them.

Should you decide to return to it, I think it would be cool to have some more material definition for the ornament/ frame. For this kind of ornamental shape, it could well be some kind of metal. I think when viewing the bottle from the back the ornamental frame looks a tad uneven, but I imagine making this look equally good from all angles is challenging.
Cool to see some hard surface environments in progress! I think the blockouts look solid. Possibly that chest element and/ or steps could be used to gage dimensions. Or walking around the blockout in engine and check whether it feels good. I think a question would be whether this passage should feel monumental or more like regular path.

I think depending what you want to focus on you could go down different paths. If your looking to practice creating stylized props, you could pick some that are present in the scene and make them. Perhaps some are a good fit for unique textures, while others might work well with a trim atlas approach or a combination. Or you could continue blocking out the scene. In that case I would try to get all elements in as simple shapes (to be refined later) and get the lighting closer to the concept. Perhaps you can supplement those two (?) light sources visible in the concept with a hdri to get some diffuse light from an urban environment. Much success!
