Any fellow gym-goers on polycount? With a sedentary job like game design you HAVE to get some kind of exercise. Doesn't have to be lifting but I personally love it. UDK turn off lightmaps
Im doing a simple test in UDK using Dynamic lighting, when building lighting, the auto generated light-maps are getting in the way, how do i turn them off? -
ZBrush subtool off center
So I exported my model to 3ds max, then returned it to Zbrush and now no matter what I do, the subtool is off center. I tried to fix it with Transformation - Set Pivot point, but nothing changed. Any help would be appreciated. -
Mudbox painting cuts off
Hey folks, got a simple plane that paints fine, but when I increase the resolution past level 2 part of the paint just "disappears". Any idea what is causing this? Just to be clear: that red line extends the whole mesh below level 3. Thanks guys. -
modo is pissing me off
OK, I'm just demo'ing the thing, but why the hell can't I get the Layer Mask to mask between two color maps? Also can't get the damn tutorial vertex mask to show up, checked and rechecked the video tut and docs, but the mask just shows solid blue or solid black, no gradient. computer randomly shuts off
