Hmm, I should really do the second concept. I probably will do the second concept. That order 1886 post on here sort of wants me to do the first concept.
get a really great concept artist to do make the concepts for all or most assets you need. good concepts can sometimes be enough motivation to get people involved.
Use concepts, and when you will be faster, use your concepts. That's what I did. Concepting while learning 3d is not effective because you never get things done.
