Hey guys, I'm making a very basic 2D game and the entire game has only 2 scenes. However, I want to add background music without breaking connection each time I want to swap between the scenes. I have to say that i'm an artist and my knowledge in c# still really basic, any help from the experts?
I've decided to start a new scene to push my modeling and texturing skills. I've decided to go with a sort of sci-fi/modern twist to the scene. Here is what I have so far. At the moment I'm finding it hard to find references to push further the sci-fi feel. If anyone has any references or feedback please feel free to…

Hi, i'm really glad you kept on it since it's been more than 1 year when you started it. Overall the scene looks nice, with a good feeling and nice lighting contrast. I love the warmth in the middle compared to the coldness of the scene. Is your snow modeled or tesselated? There are a couple of things for me though that…
Being a fan of the Walking Dead, I decided to make a scene based on Hershel's farm. I used the house design from the comics as my modeling skills are not quite good enough to tackle modeling the shows house. I then made a scene in the Cryengine 3 sdk (my first) to display it. This is an old project, and I just wanted to…

So I'm trying to make a garage scene from the 1940s or close to that era. I don't know how accurate I'll be able to get but hopefully convincing enough. Of the many references I've…
Hello, first-time polycounter here! I'm currently trying to teach myself environment art, but my output has been kind of subpar so far, wich is why i want to do it right this time around and spend more time on the blockout / composition before going into the details (and in the end hopefully have something thats up to the…
I rendered one of my old scenes in Marmoset Toolbag now that I know how to use it better. If you want to know how I put this scene together here it is: Part I https://youtu.be/OXqbBxqnrTE Part II https://youtu.be/ibfaHeLMr8I
Hi Guys! Still quite new around here and looking to get more involved. What better way than making a WIP thread! I'd love some feedback and it's always appreciated. I thought this would also be a good way to really push myself and get involved with the community! The concept comes from Shin jong hun…
