You do realise you're actually going to have to do some work right? if you're trying to flatten loops that run around a cylinder simply enable edge constraints, select the loop and scale it in the appropriate direction.
Btw if I was to rig and find out that the eyelids need more poly edge loops, and I already did the UV mapping Can I go in and add some edge loops without affecting the UV map?
In this second tutorial of the Creating Music For Games series, we'll see the basics on how to create a few musics with Fruity Loops 12. This is also an introduction / overview of Fruity Loops 12. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sgSZCl0Mdhs
Soften your edge normals in that loop. You can do that through Normals > Soften Edge. Also, in case you ever do a Duplicate Special, make sure to merge the vertices in the axis loop before doing that.
The major issue are the eye loops, in order to correctly deform they must loop around the eye where yours flow upwards into the forehead. This is how they should look http://blenderartists.org/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=24418&d=1186035514
Maya is set to use FWVN by default now I think. Support loops and FWVN give you different visual results. You're missing a loop or 2 in that image though which is probably what you're seeing.
Greetings to all! I'm kinda new to the whole subdivision modelling thing. I've spent a lot of time going through a ton of tutorials online and modelling up nearly every shape I consider interesting. I've also gone through the entire "model dem shapes" thread posted here, which thus far has been an amazing learning…
I was hoping to get some advice on modeling a certain piece of a cylinder. I've been trying retaining edge loops and crease sets modifiers (with both turbosmooth and open subdivision) but I can't figure out how to get this to look correct. Here are some screenshots of what I've tried: These first two show the object I'm…
Hello people of poly count, I am a total noob to this so I do apologize if this question is stupid. I am trying to insert a edge loop into a peice of geometry using the multi cut tool in Maya 2016. The pictures will help explain better. The tool creates the edge line but misses a peice. When I try to insert the missing…
