In max8 can I output the what the camera sees directly to a texture? I want to simulate filming a tv screen that's showing the camera feed. Is this something that has to happen in post, or can I do it with the material editor?
Hi. I have some white lines at the top of my image alpha (leaves). How do I resolve this? My image texture seems fine and dandy, I have absolutely no idea what the problem is.
Ok I know there must be a way to do this, but my brain isn't working or something. I need to pan a texture but I also need to distort it. (plug in a vector into the UVs) How do I go about this?

So, in a lot of foliage tutorial they use this render to texture feature that 3dsmax has to create the normals/diffuse/alphas, since I don't use max, does anyone know a workarround or similar feature for doing this in Maya or any other program than max? :D
