Hi all! I recently started to take an interest in texture/material creation for stylized environments. I made this piece to try and learn an interesting workflow from Zbrush > substance designer > photoshop. A lot of inspiration was taking from Overwatch with the shapes, colors, and hand painted details.
I'm working on a pack of substance textures for a stylized environment. Once it's done, I'll be putting it all up on Gumroad. So far, I've finished the grass. It actually wasn't that difficult to make, once I finally nailed down the style I wanted to achieve. THAT part was rough.

I used a concept made by Minsook An as reference. With this project i learned a lot about stylized sculpting and baking. Main challenge was texturing which i'm still not 100% satisfied with but overall i like the vibrant look of it. This Sculpt is based off of Anna Cattish's concept, Really enjoyed it, been looking at a lot of Luis Arzga Rico's work as well as Shane Olson and Michael Defeo.. they really inspire me to get better at stylized stuff and that's what i'm trying to do with projects such as this. Critique/tips are always welcome!
