I don't know enough about where you are right now, to suggest where you should go =/ Have any work up we can check out? I think I've seen some of your stuff floating around in various threads but I can't recall any of it right now. I also think life drawing is very beneficial but only when you're ready for it, otherwise…
Hi all, this is actually my first post here (after years of lurking), so apologies if I do anything wrong. I've been trying to improve my lighting, surfacing and integration with a small still life scene. Focusing on candy because I wanted to do something colourful. Rendered with Arnold for Maya, modeled/sculpted in…

EDIT: I have found a suitable artist already. Thank you all who have applied. ======================================================================================== Hello, It's been several years since I've been here. The only thing I don't like about Unreal Engine is how to navigate around it inside the engine itself. Can I make it feels like I'm navigating inside Maya ?
XSI Mod Tool is your friend. It is the officially supported tool for Half Life 2 models and animations. I'm honestly not sure if anything else will work. (although Maya might have an exporter that will get the job done) As for packaging your model, just zip it up. Winzip will do it, although these days you can just use…

It is like the camera is skewed in someway and is not perfectly pointing down making it looks like the verts etc are out of line or an earror in the model. Does…
So i'd like to create a sculpture simillar to this one, and i am wondering how this artist would have split up his model into printable sections. What subject, what tools and what methods did he use to cut up the mesh into those puzzle pieces?
Hey guys! After not getting the critique (neither attention, lel) on BlenderArtists, I'll try it here. Don't hate me for the noob work, please :) I'm very happy to present you this project. Something like this has been in my mind for a long time, so I'm glad I've finally finished it. I spent a lot of time balancing the…
I like low poly in the sense that I'm usually left in awe how artists can get away with creating a strong silhouette with so few polygons. It screams to me efficiency, optimization and a strong understanding of shape profile. Also I like doing low poly models than Sub-D. Sub-D just pisses me off.
