Hey guys. I am a Max user (and I DO like Max!) but I want to learn Modo. Do you have any tips for me that makes learning/ switching easier? Maybe some good introduction tutorial or something like that? And in advance, is there anything I should know as a max user? Any tip is appreciated. Thank you : )
What type of constraints from Max is supported in Maya? If I have a scene in Max with lets say look at and position constraints do I have to re create them in Maya or will they transfer intact? cheers!
Hello! So, I was wondering where I would find the option to turn on/off the red triangle count in the active View in max (see picture) as it is way more convenient than the standard Statistics that Max has.
Does anyone know how to set up geometry in max to export in set polygroups in zbrush? for example a making an armor plate piece in max and then exporting the piece where the side edges and front/back are a different polygroup. Thanks!
I moved from milkshape to 3d max and followed an old tutorial on the polycount site. It tells me to weld but I can't find how to weld. So how do you actually weld in 3d max?
I am attempting to use Blender at the moment, I usually use max, however this is a student license. Does anyone know if there are any plugins or themes for Blender which make it similar to the controls and layout of max?
