Hi everyone! I'm working on a hipoly female character and would love to show my progress and get as much feedback as possible. My goal is to make her a real portfolio-quality piece (might go without saying) as an anatomy study and fully clothed character. Thanks for any advice
I've been lurking polycount for about 5 years now, so I think it's time to post something. This is a character that's been rolling around in my head for ages, and I decided to get it out. I'm still sussing out some of the anatomy, and I'm not quite there with the face, so please crit away!
Hey! I'm a student trying to hone my skills in character art and this is my progress on a dragonborn sorcerer. I've tried to spend some time getting the form/muscle detail right and I've still got a long way to go with anatomy and zBrush in general so crit is super welcome.
Wayforward is seeking an experienced character concept artist for an action game on the Wii and 3DS. We're looking for a talented artist with a good grasp of anatomy, and the ability to work across several visual styles. A portfolio that demonstrates a strong anime style is a bonus. Please email Damon DuBois at…
I'm hoping I can complete this in time. The decision process for who to do was a monster but I finally decided on Dryad Soraka. Here is my initial idea sketch. Next is anatomy check/tidying with her final sketch. Then the background will be solidified and light source worked on. ANNNNNND finished! DA LINK
Hello all, Working on an anatomy study for personal development and as part of larger project which all starts with Generic Muscle Man, who harnesses the powers of bland, fighting style alongside mediocrity, as and when it suits him. Still needs work especially on the feet, hands and ears. Critique would be much…

'ello! I've never made a human character before. This is a chibi-style female. My goal is to have her finished, textured, and posed by the end of the week. I realized as I was working that I have no idea how to do anatomy, or model a character. Any pointers would be much appreciated!
As I learn Maya i'm modeling this soon-to-be pretty little lady (ha!) you see here. This is still a very early WIP as you can tell, however I'd much appreciate any tidbits of advice you fellows may be able to offer me. Oh yeah, no limit on the number of polys. Enjoy.
I'm pretty terrible when it comes to digital sculpting, especially with humanoid figures, but I'm trying to improve. I'm working on this creature design based on a Thark from Edgar Rice Burroughs' Mars novels, and I need some general advice on how to proceed. Any suggestions on anatomy and stuff like that?
