I have one already (MPxHardwareShader) which works fine with maya legacy viewport, it has to be port on VP 2.0. It could be a shaderFx on a MpxShaderNode, it doesn't matter.Any help…

I grew up with Max and it'd have no problem creating clean straight UV's, the relax tool was great for that too, but I can't figure out how to do it quickly in Maya. I use maya 2011 to create stuff, and i was just wondering if any of you knew how to make dynamic grass (with wind etc.). I have a basic understanding of the software and can do some basic things. Or can anyone send me a link on how to create some, thats still rendered to look realistic.
Trying to render a fade animation with Maya, using Arnold Render and currently have a lambert applied to a shipping container's wall. hey, I'm currently working in maya and have a situation where I'd like to use a UV option similar to max's 'face' uvw map option, where each face is mapped individually to a square. I can't for the life of me find anything similar, and doing it by hand would be a bit of a pain. Any ideas? cheers, roo
