I want to make a central town in my project that is made in the side of a giant robot arm or a crashed space station type thing. I want this to be large and I want players to be able to see it from any distance. Any ideas/tips on creating/managing such a task?

This will be my little place to post work in progress shots or just general experiments and other stuff i do. To Start it off with a wip shot of some kind of machine.. unsure how i should continue on this as part of a robots foot.. or as some kind of gun installment. any ideas on a direction togo would be great :)
anyone know how i can get those images of the UT2K4 characters that appear when the map is loading to use them as wallpapers? i've googled and only found three; aryss/tamika, the robot dude with the gun running and the mechanical lady with the RL and the pink glow around her...
Hi guys, so recently I've been trying to model a robot from ChamferZone's Mech tutorial and I have a problem. I'm using the chamfer modifier and the lines are overlapping. (I.e in the picture) Is there any way I can fix this? There are no floating vertexes or anything that I know of. Thanks for your help.

This is an alien sentinel who guards a robot factory. It currently has 3262 tri's. It will be optimized however to weigh nearer to 3000. The tube and hose are his breathing apparatus. Hi artists, i have received a model with udim's. I had to detach and reattach certain pieces for rigging. (its a robot) But by doing that, many uv shells start to overlap. What are the solutions of fixing this without rebaking and retexturing everything? Please some help, im a bit lost here
