Ok. Just to assure us, please triangulate the mesh in blender, make an export and a new bake. Import the mesh into Unity and see if the error is still there. The error shown on the picture is obvious, this triangulation error always shows as a dark "X" in the shading, which you have on the screenshot.

Quick Update. I've tested in CC2014 and still getting the "not supported in this version of PS" error. I'm installing CC and CS6 to see if they work better. To cause the error: shift+left click a colour ID assign dirty worn leather smart material wait.... error
BTW if it crashes , the error/crash message seesm to be copied to the clipboard, so if you go in to wordpad or whatever, you can paste the error message.
I also get an error message after exporting that says: -- Unknown property: "modifiers" in undefined Is something that I'm doing in error or ok to ignore?
are you getting this error? "error at 8k D3dXCreateTextureGutterHelper Failed!" That's a good bug and will be fixed for the final build. We are planning the first week of January for release.
