[Zbrush Issue] I get an error every time I try to load a brush?

Hey there, I'm pretty new to Zbrush and to sculpting as a whole, so I've been following tutorials from a bunch of people including Danny Mac. Yesterday I bought and downloaded his hair brush, which according to the tutorial on YouTube, is usable in Zbrush 4R7 (the version I'm using), but every time I try to load the brush I get the error: "Error has been encountered while trying to load brush preset. Loading has been aborted"

Obviously the brush isn't like an absolute necessity or anything, but I'm hoping that I didn't pay for nothing, so I'm really hoping I can get some help on this.
