Tips on UV mapping in Maya?
Hey, I know the basics of uv'ing in maya but I have mostly uv'ed fairly planar/low poly stuff. This time I need to UV some high poly asteroids and do my best to hide the seams. Any tips/tricks/advice on how to do this? Or any links to useful reading? Thanks. :) -

I've noticed more of us are using this rather friendly software these days. I was wondering if anyone has tips and tricks up their preverbal sleeve? I have a good-un: you can do sums in the numbers boxes! so you can write "5 x 39" and hit enter and the answer will appear as your value! handy. -
