I have an one sided mesh. When i import this into unity i can only see one side. It doesnt render two sided. Is there a two sided material that i can use? Thank you.
Bee a while since i posted anything. Been trying to soak up as much as I can to get gooder at painting these past few weeks. Here's a couple pieces from during that time (From Earliest to most recent) : And a full piece of that thumb. It twas quite a challenge and equally frustrating, but I think I did good xD AAand…
Hi, I will try to explain me the better I can and I will upload a lot of photos for improve my explanations because I don't know how to explain this, apologies in advance. I have a model with two "parts", the armor and the body, I divide the model in two parts because I thought it would be the best form to avoid problems…
You could give it two material id's, and create two fully different UV sets, and import that into painter. Create a multi-sub material with two inputs, plug in two standard shaders in them (give them different colors). Click on the multi sub, and then select all of your low-res meshes and apply that multisub to them. From…
I'm awfully new to the 3D Scene, just coming out of high school. I'm in course to learn these things through a local college, but I can't help to have many curiosities about this whole thing before starting. Hey! I have two models, created in 3ds max and textured in Quixel. One of them is an object, and the other one is environment. Can I somehow, using quixel or any different program (which allow me to put objects with quixeel textures) render those two models together? Thank you!
As it stands I have two max8 files and a character rigged with a CS Biped. The two files are halves of the same animation, what I need to do is merge the animation sequence from the first file into the second file to create one master file. I've tried everything I can think of - motion flow, and the mixer are only giving…
Thanks for your reply and sharing your background, @TheAllusionist. I can appreciate the time that went into this, but I'm afraid your use of AI is obfuscating exactly that. The images are the immediately obvious part and taint everything that's seen afterwards. The wordy descriptions and clean formatting which once would…
