[Maya] Lag on nVidia 460 card, but not on 480?
Yeah, built my system a few weeks ago. It's a Intel 2600K 3.4Ghz, 8Gigs of ram and a 460Gtx 768Mg card in it. And a SSD 64Gb as system drive. Now i got this super annoying lag when i select something in Maya viewport. It's a bit random but 3/10 times i get a lag when i select anything in the viewport. Ofc i tried to change… -

Mental ray 2017 problem with a normal map pass

Maya 2011 - Help please.
I use maya 2011 to create stuff, and i was just wondering if any of you knew how to make dynamic grass (with wind etc.). I have a basic understanding of the software and can do some basic things. Or can anyone send me a link on how to create some, thats still rendered to look realistic. -

Anyone noticed VertexSnapping bug [3dsmax 2017]
Hi there, Has anyone noticed the vertex snapping bug in 3dsmax 2017? I am unable to snap my pivot to a specific vertex. This is highly annoying. Does anyone know a solution or alternative for this? many thanks. -
