picked this up again! also switched over to Modo from maya and I am a lot happier still a lot of placeholder meshes and hands are still just basemesh. time to detail this up!

The Shar, an amicable forest creature who are often hunted for their material "Sharyst", a form of pedal that when compacted and polished is much stronger than bone. While they are able to defend themselves, they do not excel in combat and need to rely on other ways to stay out of harms way. Woodland creatures find the Sharyst very tasty and the Shar often trade their bodily goods in exchange on whats happening in the forest.

There's a few things I'd possibly like to do still before I finish it, (like adding fine tuners into the tailpiece, a bit more character to the strings, adding the bow as an accessory) I'll probably low poly it now though.

Some sort of. . . Demon crawler creature, yea don't ask. Sculpt done, retop almost done, probably UV and bake by Wednesday. Not sure on the legs, may work on them some more before I get too far - not a pro or anything, rarely do high poly stuff.
Got my hands on a student copy of MudBox and found out it's really easy to use! So I'm trying my hand at my first high-poly model, and here's a work in progress.
Workin on a Webley .445 MKVI. Just finished up the cylinder tonight. Still think some edges need tweaking but revealed to have this little piece of madness done

Saw it, it's freaking nice! Pity you put a shadeless version on SketchFab. Why not with normals and all?
