SirCalalot: i think you need a new font, the amount of negative space in that font bubble is a bit too even with the amount of space taken up by the letters, as a result it makes it hard to read and causes your eye to do a weird popping thing where it focuses on one then the other.
More fun with zbrush. Its's a bit stylized, but it serves two purposes for me. One of which is my next project, that has the same proportions and is a bit sylized as well. Cheers, and I hope you enjoy.
Although I'm currently wondering about the colour of the text part. Any ideas?
Woogity's got a point, the text is really hard to read. There's also a disconnect in the styles; the text and bubble are really sharp and defined while the character is looser and more haphazard. You can also see where the pressure sensitivity caused blobbing on the S, T, U and S of "Studio".

It's easy to miss things when you're working on it.
I'll whip up a clearer version of the text from scratch with the same brush style as the little dude and post it up sometime tomorrow.
Working on a model of my face, still unsure what's best way to do the hair; whether to have it a separate mesh or use the same one, suggestions? Some very inspirational work on here!
Thanks to some great crits from polycount and twitter followers, I now feel done with my skeleton wolf. I learned about "tiledshot" command in UDK too, fantastic!
Calling this done. Really impressed with dDo so far. Seems like a great way to block things out fast. Still had to do a little editing after. But all the heavy lifting was in dDo.
@roderickweiseLooking good! I'm liking those weld points. I keep wanting to push more of my workflow over to Zbrush. I may have to bring the cratepocalypse to Zbrush tomorrow and see what I can come up with.

Really cool work, i really love it.
Also, how big is the floodlight? Seems a bit excessive size wise for one prop.
Edit - Errr wtf happened there. I was looking at the latest page, and then these new posts appeared from nowhere! VOODOO MAGIX

Finished this off today, thought it be fun to do some Ipad and mobile device art.
Cheers guys!

Some random scribbling in between applying for more jobs...job hunting during x-mas is not the best way to spend the holidays...
This looks amazing. It reminds me of the weapons from Planetside 2! The edge treatment of the weapon is pretty good as well!
Here's some stuff I made for my latest School project.

Another little creature from me! These are just quick ones I do on my lunch break, trying to keep drawing a little everyday.
Really liking that mutant-thingey fightpunch, awesome warrior Rayph!
