One of our guys built this scene to show off some of the features in the Verold Studio. The Apollo Lunar Module was downloaded from NASA's website, and we're using our material editor and skybox to construct a realistic lunar environment.

Maaaan these are so fucking cool. Nice work.
First one has a very Psychonauts-esque feel to it, I love that!

great work , only thing im not the biggest fan of is that front hair on her forehead. it lacks some volume. Also the hands give me the impression they are too small or the fingers are too short, not sure about it but it feels that way to me

THIS character didnt get picked though :P
such a dominant post needs repeating
the real question is why aren't more joysticks attached to photocopiers :P
hmmm this would mean that i have to retopo and unwrap and all that stuff und really make it serious. Not sure if i have the time :X
I never thought I'd find myself describing a gun as cute
really impressive work though for such a low polycount
Werent you dong that character for a tutorial??
small update...more time on eyebrows.
Feel free to drop by the thread -- any suggestions/critiques are totally welcome! Thanks.
Render below. You can see the 3D scene live in your browser at: studio.verold.com/projects/5009a97698bc5502000129b7/scene
Crosspost!
Felt the need to model a gun, texturing could use some tweaking but this is what I have so far:
Roughly 5,500 tri's, NM, Spec, and Diff are 2048 with a 512 Emissive (sight and torch, out of view atm)
C&C more then welcome

Little sketch I did this morning of Harley Quinn from the Suicide Squad.
