Hey, is that in Maya? Looks like the normals are displaying wrong. ( I could be wrong, but it looks that way to me, unless the light is placed to the bottom right) If you baked using "y-", then you have to change the tangent space to Left-handed, here:

I wonder if anyoone reckonizes who it is in toon form .Or tried to get in toon form .This goes with the texture process above .Just finished the head today but need to add 1 more part .

The folds don't make sense for something being hung. There shouldn't be any wrinkles that don't come from the bunching on the top.

I have had enough play with texture projection. It is not finished..........but it is
