Pyro is a man, and flowers would ruin this awesome pack.
Pyro is most likely a man, however feminine items would not be out of character.
Pyro is after all the speculated owner of the Purse in the locker room, and he does have a very feminine losing animation.
Not to mention how the screen on TF2 switches between saying "Why don't you give him a go?" and "Why don't you give her a go"?
So making feminine items for Pyro is as justified as fireman items, chef items, or gas station attendant items.
Although I admit, in this pack I would avoid making feminine items as it wouldn't make a lot of sense with this theme.
You may want to adapt the De-Greaser to work the opposite way. Greasing opponents and creating oil slicks, for which to burn.
Looking at it, I thought a really nice Alt-Fire for the weapon would be to shoot oil from the lower nozzle to cover a small area on the ground with oil. You could then light it on fire and use it as a sort of fire barrier. A sort of defensive leaning Flamethrower unlock.
In addition, you could also release the oil onto an enemy and then light them on fire, which could prolong the afterburn effect to last longer than 10 seconds.
I would guess that the oil slick mechanism would have a charge time, like Bonk and Jarate.
Or you could work oil slicks into a secondary weapon for Pyro.
On the road moving 600 miles to Austin these next 3-4 days so I won't have updates unfortunately til more around the end of the week.. things left to do:
1. UV Degreaser
2. Texture Degreaser
3. finalize/tweak powerjack texture
4. put it all together in a nifty composited image :P

I disagree with it too, it has absolutely no relation to gas attendant theme.
I don't know either, at first it was some madman's delusion about adding a flower to the powerjack (bad idea really, since gas station and flowers don't seem to fit together...as you've pointed out.) and through my forgetfullness and the lack of current updates to THIS thread, I mistook this for a differen't thread involving a Pyro flower hat...
...in the end, this is just another errant internet tangent that means nothing, that was caused by two people who want their beliefs to be correct, one believing the pyro is a girl, the other wanting the opposite...it's like religion vs atheism, one uses facts to say that something must be true while not considering chance or probability, and the other uses facts that could go both ways... in the end nothing is accomplished and we all go back to our lives...or lack there of...
People thought the fire on the hat was a flower. It's fire, and I sorta like the emblem, but we've moved on from there.
I was sorta skeptical about this theme, but it's coming along nicely and I hope to see the pyro using these weapons.
Unfortunately I don't think Im gonna have enough time to finish this week starting work... but we'll see how it goes, maybe I can muster up the energy/time.
Isn't the texture on the Primary all you have left to have 3 complete items ?
I mean, you have a hat and bowtie, a carbattery carjack...thingie, and a gas station flamethrower... All you have to do is finish the flamethrower right >:?
