There's been some pretty unsubstantiated rumors about the Starcraft II beta being released over the past couple days but now that Blizzard's fired off Beta system requirements you can't help but think this sucker might be out some time soon along with the new battle.net system, maybe about the time of the Polycount relaunch and the announcement of Unearthly challenge winners
At the very least you can't help but marvel at how low these system requirements really are for what's sure to be one of the definitive releases of the year (fingers crossed):
EDIT: Finally, the actual system requirements

Judging by the speed at which these were created you can't help but think this thing is going to be very powerful for even casual developers, I'm pretty excited. If it's as easy to use and powerful as kismet, it should be fun to toy with!

I am so happy, this game will have a huge mod/map creation community.
Can't wait to see the mod community work with this, I am glad to see Ghost included that just makes Star Craft II more awesome, Great Job who ever decided to do that.
Been 11 years since I bought a game for myself so this is the most anticipated game for me.
Edit:
Well then they should since they probably did work for it or was ghost just a fake fan boy front?:shifty:
