If you check the Primitive Stats tab of the content browser, it will tell you the total triangle count as well as other good information. Here's a link to Epic's explanation: UDK Primitive Stats Browser on UDN
Hmm! That's a big difference from the count you got from your OBJ. I just noticed that the UDN page I just linked is a little out of date, so I wonder are you going by the number under Triangles or Inst. Triangles? The Inst. Triangles column is the one that will give you the actual total. Triangles will just tell you how much unique geometry is in your scene and per asset.

1. How many different unique textures do you have for this guy?
2. What resolution is your largest texture in the scene and what's it on?
3. How long did this take you? Cuz seriously holy hell man nice work!

2. My largest one is 2048x2048 ,and its on ss_robo , on tower element showed couple of posts earlier ,on the bomb ,everything else are just from 256x256 to 1024x1024 .
3. A year of working from time to time (week of work 4-6h a day ,next week doing nothing ...) .

One Diff 2kx2k ,normal and spec + masks for emmisives . Yeah and its for the old environment :P

I dont have dx11 hardware :P. This scene is and will use only dx9 features builded in UDK and some using custom shader node (like anamorphic flares :P or blinn lighting model). My sceond scene (thats already designed and the first model is actualy being made :P) will use some dx11 tech .
What does Polycount rules say about posting porn?! It's not OK, i'm sitting here with a total UDK-boner! I don't know what to say. It's just, everything! Fucking beautiful!

Struggling to find the words so I'm just gonna say it "flabbergasted:O" "amazing", there I said it:) no really though this is just an amazing amount of work and you still pulled of a coherent and functional looking map despite the size of it all:thumbup:

Yuup thats the Final video . Nothing more will come from Enviro_1 . Its done (almost what i wanted) . No interiors tho because of lack of time and i want to do something new .
Fixed some shaders , lighting , shadowing and some postprocessing + new flythrough . Everything is rendered using DX9 class gpu .
Its done i can move on to Enviro_2 scene with some DX11 features :] .

6.985.917 triangles so far xD . Ofcourse under UDK almost everything is instanced :] and with LOD's.
Just exported whole map to obj and importet it to maya to see the numbers :] . If there's another method or something please share :] .
