hi pc, im a final year student of 3d modeling. Looking forward to learning a lot from all of you out here and hopefully implementing some of it in my own. :)
Hi! I'm Laura, a junior artist at Ubisoft. I've been lurking on here for ages, but now I'm part of the 'Escape' challenge with a few guys from work so it's finally time to get an account. I hope I can improve with your feedback
Hello,
First year game art design student from Leicester, here to improve my skill.
Lead here by my fellow class mates, they have received some brilliant feedback in the past!
Hello there, Names The_Preacher, friends call me Preach, or my real name, Gareth, or Gaz, or LilG or other more obscene things. I've been reading these forums for a little while always being inspired, and I'm signing up for the Escape competition.
I'v been working in the games industry for over 5 years, and have been involved with games (Mods) for about 10, I started modding battlefield 1942 with the star wars mod Galactic Conquest, Moved on to battlefield 2 and started the ill fated mod Shattered Faith, before culminating my Mod work in my Best mod yet and returning to star wars to Make First Strike, for Battlefield 2142, which caught the attention of EA earning myself and my mod team free plane tickets to visit the DICE studios and present our mod and over all have a great time.
I worked at Midway games in Newcastle before it closed down, on Vin Diesels The Wheelman, and the cancelled games, This is Vegas and Necessary Force.
I then started working for Eutechnyx working on Games such as Nascar the Game 2011, Auto Club revolution, and Ride to Hell.
I've also currently been doing some interim contract work for Ubisoft Reflections working on an as yet un announced title.
Hey Polycount,
I'm new to the forum, hoping to ask about some advice on setups for Unreal, etc. learn some new art techniques, and do some networking for my job. My company (IPKeys technologies) makes training games for the US Army and Marine Corps using Unreal
Hi all. My name is Noel. I'm a freelance 2D concept artist based out of San francisco. I look forward to networking with some artists here, sharing my work, and seeing all the cool things people are doing.
Been a 3D artist for over 5 years on and off professionally and freelance. Getting back into it so I thought it was time to get into the forums as a more active member.
I hope to participate in the community and share and learn as much as possible.
