I'm in my final year of a 3D CGI Modelling & Animation Bsc (Hons) in Bournemouth, UK.
I'm looking forward to getting involved!
I have a significant interest in architecture and visualisation but am also open to career opportunities, such as Enivironment Design, Asset creation, or film and tv work.
Hi, I am an aspiring computer modeler. I would love some information regarding how to improve. I would also give feedback if asked. I am also here to make contacts and make new friends. Thank you in advance.
I am currently an aspiring 2d and 3d artist with alot of time on my hands, alot to learn, and the drive to learn it. I have been using Blender, Photoshop, and Mudbox for Modding of games such as Skyrim over the last year and I just cant get enough of it. I am looking to expand my horizons and do more then just a model and a texture or two.
Hello all. I'm new to the forums and just wanted to get this post on the forums rolling. Been doing art for awhile now and have just recently started getting back into 3D world building trying to get a small project together in time for feedback at GDC 2013. I'm volunteer this year and looking forward to it.
I've been needing to find a good community to help with some questions I've been having on 3DS Max UDK and other problems and felt this would be a good place for both feedback and advice. Looking forward to talking to everybody.
I'm actually a programmer participating in #1GAM, but figured I'll need a strong community of artists to bounce questions off of when I'm working on the graphical aspect of games. I used to do art stuff when I was younger but drifted away a while ago. Have some experience with Blender and the Adobe Suite for art programs specifically, so I'm excited to jump back in.
Hello, I made a polycount account to get inspired. The work posted by this community is just amazing, I'd love to be a part of it.
I kindof wish I had used a capital C when I registered "cyan" though...
Hello! I'm very interested in learning how to 3d Model, and would love to find some information regarding how to get started here at polycount. Glad to be a part of the community!
Not much to say looking to pick up the basics of 2D art on the side so I don't need to look at squares, cubes, circles and spheres when making prototyping any games.
Thought here would be a good place to learn a few of the basics.
Hi there forum's, names Stephen. I graduated from DAVE School in '10, was very interested in video games, but got a job in the 3d-conversion biz. Roto is deff not for me, so i decided to get back to games. hard times have hit, but the creative spirit is very much alive!
Hello, I'm graduating soon from the art track at Guildhall, a program for creating video games, and signed up to get critiques from my fellow art brethren. I look forward to getting better at 3D and 2D!
Thanks. I kind of didn't read this message until after i posted in another thread. Didn't want to lose my train of thought. Either way, i'm hoping to impart some of the knowledge i have on 3DS Max if you'll have me. Thanks again.
Hello! I'm a 24-year-old BA from Finland specializing in 3D graphics and concept illustration. I'm aiming to work in the video game industry in the future, and I hope taking part in this community can help me achieve this goal.
Hey there Adam and the Polycount community, I'm an undergrad student working on building up my portfolio and hoping to get some positive and constructive feedback. I like everything about 2D and 3D art and animation for games and in general. I'm super excited to have the opportunity to express my art with you all and aspire to make 3D Art a life long career. Thank you
