- Keep models under 1,000 triangles.
- Scenes are fine, if all models are low poly.
Some dedicated low-poly modelling tools now exist that make this art style a lot easier to produce;

I am supposed to make a very lowpoly zombie model for an iphone game. Since normalmap was out of question I was told to " paint" all the light and other details to the diffuse map. And to tell the truth it is my first time. And it proves harder than what I expected.
I am looking forward to all kind of advices and tip&triğcks from you guys.

As for my shield, it doesn't have a texture sheet or UV unwrap, so i can't just add alpha planes, it's going to be an awful lot cheaper to use extra geo + face colours instead of using a texture sheet with an alpha channel ^.-
Yea I was inspired by him ( I seen it at pixeljoint ), and I used similar color pallet, but I didn't wanted to be the same, and it was a quicky so I guess I'm forgiven
