So this is a girl who was straight-jacketed and developed psychic abilities when she was thrown in the psychic ward. As you can see, she has gone slightly loopy. Those are scalpels she is swinging aroudnd as weapons.
The concept originally came from poop, who suggested an amputee, but that was gross so I just locked her arms up. Same difference. And franchise friendly!
And yeah I will join in on the concept tagging fun..
