I had an environment for a Unity project from my senior capstone that had potential, so I moved to UE4 and started iterating on everything. I'll get a thread soon so I can get more feedback.

Realized that physics-driven cloth never actually makes noise, so I'm doin' a script to rectify that. It watches specific vertices and plays appropriate sounds depending on how fast they move around.

I'm proud to announce that Lazy Save 's new feature ...CHANNEL PACKING is done.
The code is done and I'm just getting people to test it and make sure that it works well and feels good to use (doesn't feel like it's a pain in the ass and such)
The gif below will show how it can all be done.
For those that don't know what's going on in it, in short:
Like usual, you have your groups for your textures (in this case, Metal, Rough, AO and Height)
You would right click the group and set a color for each group, RGB(optional Violet for Alpha channel)
Select the groups you want to pack and hit the same image button as usual (there's a channel pack toggle in settings)
I think it's about as easy as I can make it and less prone to errors (such as filling in text boxes or something with group names)
I'm looking for a few people that do a lot of channel packing to test it out so if you do, send me a message and I'll see what I can do

This project was developed for Predominium Estúdios, the studio that I am currently working on.
