This tank was made for 3D Artist Magazine - with an upcoming tutorial
The Marquis de Lafeyette is a fictional tank that I designed and modelled as a fan piece for the Wolfenstein Universe
Weve always been seeing German vehicle designs so I wanted to explore some more shapes/designs that would fit the allies. In this case the French.
Made a French and American poster for it as well - but they don't come close to those of the art team at machinegames.
This has taken forever to finally get this rendered in a halfway decent manner. It's still a bit noisier than I would like, but my poor computer needs a break. This was mostly modeled in ZBrush during the 4R7 Beta, and I reconstructed the scene in Modo and set up the texturing, materials, lighting, etc. there.

Great work on your part, can't crit anything as I am a sucker for that style.
great point about material definition, I've done my best for now, was aiming for a somewhat soft look to everything, but I'll keep that in mind for sure. In the meantime I did a hi-res shot, I am done spamming this dude in this thread, promise : )
Ive also have a wip thread with this. I hope Its cool I post it here too. First time I've had anything I have felt worthy of being in this thread. Still Need to put the Ka-bar stamp on the blade. Also first time I have Really messed with substance Painter.
