Still not perfect though, most importantly spline mesh collisions currently have a bug in UE4 and I'm not sure if I will go with growing for the trees instead of instant painting:
But the Blueprint I created can then also be used for painting all kinds of other spline based stuff like pipes, ropes, cables, tubes etc. And with some tweaks hopefully tracks so I can draw me some rollercoasters.
This is what I've been working on this week for the game. We're doing challenge/bonus levels as as separate contained little thing. This one dissolves in a radius around the player!
Looks way better in motion so check out our new teaser in this thread! : http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?t=148781
Great stuff as always everyone! I've been working on a bullpup style gun. I had started with a concept that I found and through critiques I have morphed it to something of my own. It's only about 50% so far but I couldn't resist sharing.

I like how streamline it is. I don't know if you plan on adding any greebles or anything, but honestly if you're going to I hope you only add a few. You've managed to make the gun look very good being as "plain" as it is with its design. Normally I'd see someone try to make it a little more noisy--something to give the gun more visual interest--but the way you used angles and curves really make the design visually appealing without needing to add meaningless greeble just for the sake of keeping the gun interesting. Good job.

Can definitely shed a few polys off, learned a lot on the leg so I can be a bit more optimised on the upper parts!
Wire:
Finished this scene a few weeks back and thought why not post it here, rendered in Marmoset.
There are more shots of it over here.
Will try out a PBR workflow with her next.

@Gandosh That metal and inscribbing really catch the light, I really like it!
Redid the textures on this guy, focused on the small details along with the way metal wears and tears this time.

Added a few things. Chains and buffed out the silhouette of the statue and sculpted a buff goat.

Thanks! I don't really plan on adding much greeble stuff. I want it as grounded to reality as I can and guns tend to not be too wasteful when it comes to that type of stuff. There is another scope that I'm planning on adding since it's based off of this bad boy. http://www.gunsandammo.com/wp-content/blogs.dir/2/files/first-look-leupold-d-evo-rifle-optic/leupold_devo_optic_1.jpg
Tried out TB 2.08; loved it. Concept by Daniel Graffenberger. Rotate it in 3D here.
