Low poly and bake for my chainsaw mech thing ... 11,600 triangles. There are some areas that I could stand to do better next time. Learn and move ahead!
My Mobile game is essentially finished today just a few layers of polish so I was able to finally turn back more towards my CG and working more on this sculpt, this part was mainly trying to get to the core of a aged neck.
Playing around in Marmoset 2 to see where the textures are at. Still a ways to go. It was originally done for a lecture on game environments for first year 3D students.
To put the guy into context..(excuse the old / non textures)..
Little concept I did a little bit back about a little alien that a kid found in his backyard and thinks it's a really cool toy. The alien wants to come home but the kid keeps trapping him in puzzles.
here's a stylised police cyclist dude i made for a studio i've been doing freelance work for called Billygoat entertainment, let me know what you think
FridockShir Nice Desert Eagle But the inside of the canon is not stripped... It's important for accuracy, only ancient weapons and hunting rifles have slick canons.

Hello friends. I've finished phase two of the engineer lad. These last few weeks I got my hands dirty and really explored what Marmoset 2 had to offer. Did not disappoint! Here's a shot of this dudeman in there. Concept by the talented folk of CreatureBox.
Cmgillett and Mr_ace : BRILLIANT stuff
So had the chance to use Keyshot for the detail sheet, really love the speed of the program. But nothing goes above rendering every render pass /tweaking them yourself.
Presentation shots are done with 3DsMax And some Postpro
(Baking it right now)
hey guys, This is what I've been working on. doing the Disney princesses as if they were in WOW. started with aurora, her weapon has been modeled just finished her concept and I'm about to model her.
Was about to say the same, incredible work but the background kills it, actually makes it hard to look at, please go back to your old work and do the same, even if it means painting it out in photoshop. Such a stunning piece but it hurts the eyes as it stands.
@ DevMatt And please, don't throw up 8000 pixel-wide renders. You put some awesome details into your pieces, but you shouldn't need more than 1000-pixel wide image. The size that the forum resizes to is the right size, and then it doesn't take a minute to load the thread page because your renders are the last thing the browser's still trying to load.
Hey guys, I have been working on a little battle scene which I plan on putting on sketchfab once I am done. Should be done in a couple days. Here is how it is looking

UE4 ...
First bake attempt, some minor fixes to the normals to be done before moving on to texturing.
Thanks, will take a look at it!
Still working on the breastplate.
Need to play around with the UE4 Material Editor more, can't get the heightmap (tessellation) to work properly somehow.
Here's some weapons I upgraded/reworked/pimped up or just made for the game Rising Storm. It was a real team effort!

LowPoly textured "Spinner" tower
HighRes sculpt had to resculpt everything after I took the screenshot so thats why there are differences between this and the lowpoly version XD
Would love some constructive criticism on this tower!
I might be guilty of the same background issue...
Here is a character lineup
Eventually I want this to look like RAGE and Dishonored had a baby.
A few days project for class
