@kimmokaunela: thats one great looking drill man! @BeatKitano: Looks really cool! @Armangelo: Looks great so far! Keen to see where you take this! @PogoP: Really great looking gun!
Finally finished this UE4 project! On to new things!
Hello Everyone! I've been working on this map for Chivalry: Medieval Warfare, and I thought I should create a post here to share my work. For those Game of Thrones fans out there, this environment will look all too familiar. I added some side passages and vertical elements to make it a more playable space.
Hey Hofsta. Nice going there. Just wanted to tell. She is a stylised character I guess. So that maybe okay but... please check the length of her neck and overall length of her leg section. They look a bit longer that they are supposed to be, or that maybe intentional for character design's sake.
Just wanted to tell. But nice feeling though. Keep it up
Working on learning Zbrush a bit more. Managed to get fatal errors a few times so far today. Anyone know a way for me to bind CTRL + S to save my Tool instead of the document?
Texture is looking really cool! should start a thread for this guy! The 3/4 angle is hard to make out the shapes of him. really dig the variation and variety in surfaces. I love the lower legs, so awesome. Maybe work in a little more variety in the roughness of the surfaces to break them up a little more?
Since I'm doing Dota 2 Workshop for a long time, I kinda miss to sculpt random things (specially characters), and my anatomy was getting pretty weak. So, I did a quick (and fancy) sculpt yesterday to keep things fresh, and to celebrate the easter holiday. Well, happy easter to those who are still eating chocolate
Here is the turn around, so you can shoot at me:
And another update on DR set. Need to polish the cape, but the back is pretty much done. Please let me know what you think
SpaceCentipede That's looking awesome! Can't wait to see it finished.
Decided to give a couple tools a go this evening, AdvancedSkeleton and ngSkinTools, to see if I could find a nice way to rig things without it actually feeling like work.
Was super easy and even, at times, fun having such fluid weighting and rigging tools to mess with. Definitely suggest downloading them, particularly ngSkinTools, they're completely free and absolutely badass!
Couple more angles in my WIP thread if anyone's curious.

Yay! Thanks dude, i m working hard with specular and roughness maps. Character is T posed so i dont work with light and pose yet. Also today will create wip thread and hope you can post some more feedback there! Your art is great by the way
THAT'S really beautiful. Is it based off of a real radio?
Thanks! I got no idea if it's based on a real one, since I took the reference picture from google image search.. and it turned out it's a 3D model ysalex made. :poly122:
I googled the brand he had on his model, but google didn't give me any usable results..

High-poly, Low-poly, and a clean bake.

Straight out of the oven, with base polypaint baked with it.
Cap is the highpoly just thrown in to see how it looked.
I have to add some polys to the tires.

The forearms are too long, thats if the character is using real proportions.
Ambient occlusion and normals only. Will texture later and play with some particle effects, mabey.
Maybe? MAYBE?! Finish that or I'll hunt you down. LURVE that art style...
Il try to do some regular updates here: http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?p=2051089#post2051089
