hey guys ... anyone an idea how to make better eye-texure? still having problems making one :-/
More blur between white and iris.
iris is like a muscle - its inside edges will be irregular.
More veins/discolouration (really ramp it up - you'd be surprised.)
Bumpy surface to the whites in your render - but not the cornea.
I did have a link to a fine tut from long ago - gone now, sadly.
Is this still low poly?? I'm on 2k tris. Do anyone know someone who needs 3d graphic's ?? I want to join some ongoing simple game project . To practice my skills.

hi tierzilla, thanks, for now I dont have it, but soon it will. at least until the layouting and technical prep for art is done. , for now the only textured part is the vegetation.
Alright pulled voldys torso in a bit , so on to retopo then finally sculpting, I'll mess with the proportions/anatomy more in that phase. (Link to thread in signature)

This was for Total War : Rome 2 - Emperor Edition that was release just yesterday.

for those two first shots, the ''naked'' armor mesh and sculpt were made by another artist. I was only responsible
for the decoration/ornements sculpt, modelling and texturing of the asset.
Not entirely sure how to post my work on this site and even less sure of which threads to post in so this is more of a test than anything. 4 hour gecko modeled in ZBrush. Just for fun. Paid no attention to polycount. Planning on showing off some animations in the future. Here's to hoping I don't get yelled at.
