Finally decided to make an account here, after lurking for almost a year. About a week or two ago I finished my New York street scene. I made all assets excepts the trees. It was my first serious attempt at a portfolio piece. Critiques are welcome.
WIP real-time gandalf the white pic, started off as a magneto bust but thought gandalf the white would be a bit cooler, need to do another pass on the hair and a few other things, more to come
Cross-post/ SPAM from the DOTA2 Workshop thread...
So, I've finally finished these little guys! I ended up teaming up with Prophet9, who did an AMAZING job on the animations and really brought the ugly little critters to life!
Ehks and Ohe are a pair of mischievous courier imps, hellbent on leaving a trail of havoc, chaos and disgustingly noxious smells wherever they go! There's meant to be one for each side - Ehks for Dire, Ohe for Radiant. Who will you pick?
WIP high poly EMP grenade. Been watching a lot of youtube content about The Order 1886
I did the modeling for that grenade- If you want to match the order style/workflow better you should try doing a micro texture pass in zbrush on it's own layer. Use the micro texture pass at full opacity to generate zbrush cavity details and output those as vertex colors, then bake the normals at somewhere between 50-100% micro texture strength.
