Share your hand painted environment, characters, props, textures, whatever! The thread focus is handpainted stylized textures, not aiming to be photorealism.

1 embed maximum (1 image, or 1 video, or 1 Sketchfab, etc.)
Anim GIFs must be less than 2 mb
Externally-hosted images must be less than 500 kb
Uploaded images must not exceed 1000 pixels in any dimension
Don't upload PNG, use JPG
Breaking these rules may cause merciless editing by a Moderator

First prop i finished in over 4years...
Recent years have been very hard on me. I grow so much as a game dev and got more and more implicated with technical aspect, level and game design, and i let my fears grow stronger and just stop doing art all-together. Social media put a huge toll on me, idk why i get so obsess by algorithm and number of view or likes but I do, I also got very frustrated of the fact i stop praticing and lose all my skills, depression stopped me from going over the wall of "I know i'm shit but i just need to practice a lot and it will come back"

Well i'm tired of this ! I want to re-start making thing that makes me happy.

So long story short.. It's just a very simple modeling and texture props but it is so much more for me, it's the start of my recovery journey as an artist !

(and what's best for that then magical girl items haha, My end goal would be to make a magical girl store)

Hi there ! Do you guys have any advice for me? I wanna learn painting in 3d coat and I want to get a nice smooth result with my brushwork . Is there a way to set up the brush to work nicer? Like for example having flow control and opacity control ? Just smoothing with shift is not enough for me .
