Love the set, great job guys! The mount especially is absolutely gorgeous.
The only comment I have is that her hairline looks very low and flat, it's giving the appearance of a very small forehead. I'd suggest moving the hairline/tiara up a little bit! It'll look much more natural.

also did the textures for the ward, it's pretty much done on my side outside of some mask tweaking. 16 textures for a ward (observer/sentry/dire/radiant) is stuff of nightmares ahah.
The set looks cool but the skirt is way too short... It'll get votes on the workshop but it's over-sexualized in my opinion. It makes her look like a schoolgirl cheerleader and honestly it's kind of off-putting.
Whew!! It's finally in! This lass was a long time coming, and surprisingly enough probably the hardest set I've ever done in terms of amount of work, despite how simple it looks. I'm really proud of the result - cottonwings did a fantastic job and was a blast to collab with.

However, we designed the items with the in game view in mind, and adjusted the length to feel best from the gameplay camera. We actually tinkered with both shorter and longer and arrived at what you see above. I rather like the flower-esque shape .

so I've been wanting to post updates on this guy for a while, but I've been really strapped for time and every time I thought about posting I decided to spend time on the model instead..
but it's coming close to finished now so I wanted to share the progress so far, with hopefully another update in a couple days of the final 'product'. It's been a super fun one to work on. Concept by Pior - a set for Bloodcyka.
the colors are pretty dang off right now from what will work in-game, so the next day or two will be spent unifying the colors and doing the masks. Excite!
Looking at such retopology is a pleasure for my eyes Textures, concept, scult - everything top notch here! This set will be so awesome! However as it is Boodcyka I am surprised there is no forcestaff in his hand haha Kidding I am looking forward to this one.
Thanks so much for the kind words guys!! Been pushing forward with this among other things hehe. It's crazy how low the saturation and contrast was now that I look back on it. All the shapes are there but it's so far off from where it needed to end up, hah! Just had to give it a bunch of tweaks, going back and forth with Pior who had some pretty neat stuff to do with the mask channels too!
For the head item, we decided to submit three variations. It was a tough one because I really, really like how they came out. My favorite is the blue/tribal one - it's closest to the original and I've darkened it a bunch. Here's a sneak preview of the portrait of that one, and then some renders of our main entry. Hoping to have this in before the week expires!
and we wound up doing three styles for the head piece. I'm really happy with how they came out!
fingers crossed that Valve likes it, the new voting system is pretty much nothing but a downer Lol. I'm really happy with how it came out overall!

going a lot slower than I'm happy with. also found out Tide has an issue with rigging his offhand... it just doesn't seem to work . If anyone has any ideas on how to make the jiggle bones work so I can test the offhand correctly, please send me a PM. Otherwise it might have to go in stiff!
