And now that I need to texture lions head I am gonna need some feedback. I colored up the hair with polypaint but I am not sure if it is the best I can do. So here is some ingame pics and a polypaint pic. As I said feedback would be awesome!
I suggest starting on maxing up your D2 video settings.
@cagdas you can add highlights to the edges of cheek part. looks like you just add multply color over the bakes. and also try some gradiant for the hair.
cagdasx44 I would add a little more red color to the hair, and probably some gradient (not much) also you could try to create some self-illumination ,he's from hell after all, so, why not, but even now it's not bad.

Any C&C for my Tidehunter set? It seems impossible to get rid of some mesh intersection problems due to my design mistakes. I chose to go with it anyway.
So, Tidehunter sees some pirates hunting a megalodon. He hunts the pirates first and then goes for the megalodon. He ends up making some items which, hopefully, look cool
And a video if you'd like to check out deformations of the belt etc.
@Soldeus - Did you guys do the fist? because that was pretty cool. Sculpt looks good, I'm just not imagining how its going to look attached to his hand.

Anyway, given my track record, I wanted to see if anyone had any ideas for making my concept more "Doom-y". The concept is heavily asymmetrical, would feature a number of custom animations (potentially) to use the damaged sword as a walking stick, and I like to call it "Grandpa Doom" because of the beard. I learned my lesson last time, so no custom bones. If anyone has any opinions, I'd love to hear them!

Update on my Leafy Sea Dragon style Puck. Sculpt is nearing the end, looking forward to the diffuse for Puck, seems like you can get some great detail with the masks and shaders.
Long time no post, still plugging away, super sick right now, boourns. Here's the latest progress on multitud3's concept for the Brewmeister. All the shapes are in there just need to detail and clean up some edge stuff as well as final polypaint.
Her face is normally pretty cute/normal, but if I look at that I would even be tarrified... Great artwork though..

It's for Elder Titan.
I've almost finished my warrunner weapon as well, but I was thinking of waiting to have 2 or 3 weapons ready and put them on the workshop together and link them in the discription so they might notice the weapons better, would that be a stupid idea or could it work?

That ET weapon is going to stand on it's own. The idea of linking stuff is a good one. I see that on the workshop with weapon chests - they do create a synergy.
I baked a point light and added that to the WK sword texture. It was great working with Cottonwings - she has some really good ideas. The normal map is not cool on the handle - but I will leave it because once the spec is dropped (and its mostly hidden in game) I don't see it as an issue.
Tamarin- The baked lighting is sealing the deal! This sword rules, I agree the handle will be hidden so whatever. You guys should jump on the make this a set bandwagon!
Hawt Koffee- Really like where this set is going, can wait to see it all finished!
BladeofEvilsBane- Loading screen is really nice! Only thing is the blue light looks like it should be coming from the staff, but its coming from the environment. Regardless its really nice

and that exactly what i feel when i spot some art thief in workshop.
From its silhouette and base colour, it resembles a lot like Thai statues. In fact I'd love it too if it is!

Freaking awesome texturing man.
You can always make a texture generated normal for those parts that go wonky, hadles are particularly easy to do.

Unless they don't want animaitons on them, it's totally fucked.
Cog's not the only thing that's fucked
rocket also doesn't shoot out either, mine stays on the armour and the ability uses the default rocket model.
And the same probably will happen with the hook
