It's either because old items dropped or they allowed more flow to the items by decreasing the voting window size of the "most popular"

...or the rating system is totally nuts these past few days. The alchemist set is still on the first page and it was submitted before the shagbark or the llama. Almost all the items submitted 3 days ago went to the second page yesterday and now they are going back to the first.

@sylei nice start. But the design looks a bit odd. I'd like a more stable look. The wooden part of the edge makes it unrealistic.
Thank you, you're probably right, my original idea was to put several clips instead of the wood, but it would not be that visible from the ingame camera so I went with that.

I'm working on my Phantom Assassin weapon and have hit a wall trying to import it. It imports fine but no matter what I do with the masks, the weapon has full specularity everywhere on the model. Does anyone have a clue why this might happen?
I've just played around with that alpha, setting it to a variety of different shades and none of them have any effect on the specularity in game. My colour and normal maps are working fine, but it seems like mask1 and mask2 aren't having any effect. I've even tried using masks that are plain black (with the requisite white dots on the ones that need it) just to see if that would have any effect and nothing. So very frustrating.
EDIT: Here's a couple of screenshots to illustrate what I mean. You can see that when the weapon is angled away from the light, you can make out the colour map.
But when it's facing the light absolutely everything is covered by this bizarre reflection.
Looking at it again it looks like my normals are inverted when facing the light, the runes, which should be recessed into the blade, look like they're sticking out of the blade instead. Argh.

Uff is right. He must use his hands for walking. U know, i have seen King Kong sev weeks ago, take a look at his animation. I think u can do something like that, but with some stylized polishing.
Here is a wip of PA weapon. After trying many shapes in top to bottom view, I decided to make something like a sword. I think about making retopology today and make some initial textures tomorrow.
Update! Made a bow and changed an armor a bit. Looks like I finished with high poly for now.
I like the set. Not sure about the bow, it needs some attention point imo.
The rest of the items (like bracers & horns) having there features and small details, that are catching the eye. I am not a big fan of skulls and such stuff but your back slot feets the rest of your items well.
@Uliss: Awesome PA weapon! Only the detail from the handle are really small, and probably not really noticable.
I'm still having an issue that I can't see the animation bar at the workshop?
Anybody else having the same problem?
Had problems with importing certain files as well, but it seems a lot of the FBX files you download from the workshop page are not up-to-date at all Bones are completely off. Apparently the smd files do work
Nikey : looks very nice , but I think you should make its collor lighter than the shoulders , to stand out more . U nead the parts to be clearly readable.

Try making it dark gray (something around #555555), then tinker around with it until you get it right.
